It’s in our mission statement: Provide the highest quality Mexican food. In order to achieve that, every morning our culinary team prepares (for hours) all the food for the day. Everything is made fresh to order – from the chips and salsa to the taco shells to the beans and meat and so on. This is a principle that has been used by Ganzo’s throughout the generations.
If John “Ganzo” Puente taught us anything, it was to ensure that our food is of the highest quality possible.
